The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA), in collaboration with the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration completed the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Northwest Corridor Project.
